Quotes

All request will receive quotes in 2-3 business days.

All quotes provided will provide the details of what's included in the quote.

All price quotes are subject to change until deposit is made. No price quote is guaranteed until after deposit.

Price quotes are subject to availability. 

Deposits

All bookings require a minimum per person non-refundable deposit to hold and confirm reservations. Deposits vary by trip reservation and/or destination; some reservations require a larger deposit than others.

Payments

Upon the render of deposit, you will receive an affordable and Flexible payment plan, please make monthly payments on time, failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Please contact us for any special arrangements. 

Full payment for bookings is usually due 6-8 weeks prior to the start of the trip. 

Failure to have final and full payment paid on time will result in the trip reservation being cancelled.

a processing fee of 4% will be added to all debit/credit card transactions. 

All returned checks will incur a $35 insufficient funds fee.

Changes/Cancellations

Please note that travel insurance, all deposits, and all service fees are non-refundable. Cancellation fees or refunds for customer cancellation are at the discretion of the hotel, tour operators, rental car agencies, and other service providers with which customer has reserved travel related services. Insurance purchases and flights (if booked online) are always non-refundable. 

Cancellation and/or changes to reservations may incur penalties. Cancellation penalties will vary depending on time of cancellation and the specific arrangements that have been booked. 

Therefore, it should be noted that cancellation penalties may incur 100% of the total amount paid. With most airline tickets, changes to return dates will also incur penalties, and some tickets cannot be changed once paid for. 

Airfare conditions and penalties are determined by the relevant airline and the fare type that has been booked. Airfare tickets are NOT transferable. 

Crim Travel, LLC will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention. (i.e. - misspelled name)

Any person cancelling on your reservation (i.e. - roommate) will result in your reservation increasing due to higher occupancy rates. 

Cancelled reservations will incur a $50.00 service charge fee. If insurance is purchased, Crim Travel, LLC, cancellation service fee charge is non-refundable. 

Insurance

Travel insurance can be purchased to cover penalty cost in the event you need to cancel or change your travel plans (subject to approval of claim by insurer).

Travel insurance also can provide medical and emergency assistance as well as some loss and delay cover as well. 

Travel insurance can be purchased after the deposit has been made, however, the coverage may differ. Travel insurance must be purchased before the final payment is due.

Passport/Travel Visas

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid US passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. 

Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo identification and travel documents information must match tickets.

Please check the State Department website at travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. 

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. 

The responsibility for the proper documentation rest with the individual passenger, not Crim Travel, LLC.

For those traveling outside of the US via boarding a cruise ship the following is acceptable: an original birth certificate issued by a governmental agency, a copy of a birth certificate issued by a governmental agency, a consular report of birth abroad.

Flights

Crim Travel, LLC is not responsible for travel delays and time changes. It is possible that changes to flight time will change even after tickets have been issued; in such cases you will be advised of prior to departure

Reservations

A binding contract between you and Crim Travel, LLC on exists when a deposit has been paid by you. Payment of deposit constitutes your agreement to the policies, terms, and conditions. 

Warranties, Disclaimers, & Limitation of Liablity

Crim Travel, LLC is not responsible for any changes the airline, hotel or resort, cruise line, or any travel vendor makes that's in the best interest of their company.

You specifically agree to the following disclaimer:

Crim Travel, LLC offers travel services to clients, which are provided by suppliers of travel services. Crim Travel, LLC does not operate, or control the services of the independent suppliers. Hence, the client agrees that Crim Travel, LLC acts only as an agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the client's benefit, and on the express condition that Crim Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, defect, omission, or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
